This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through eudoragibbon.com (the “Site”) and aligns with Google Merchant Center requirements. We aim to make returns and exchanges clear, fair, and efficient for our customers.
1. Eligibility & Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging included
- Original order number available for reference
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized handbags
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for return, in line with Google Merchant Center guidelines:
- Customer choice (e.g., change of mind, size/color preference): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Merchant responsibility (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped, damaged in transit): We cover return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided upon confirmation.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) return shipments.
3. Return Process
- Initiate the request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Receive confirmation: We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid label.
- Ship the item: Pack the handbag securely to prevent damage during transit and send it to the address provided in your confirmation email.
- Confirmation & processing: Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we will send an email to confirm eligibility.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund into your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items (subject to stock availability) for the same product in a different color/size or a product of equal value. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in their original condition (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of use).
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, full refund, or prepaid return label at our expense.
7. Policy Consistency
This policy is consistent with our settings in Google Merchant Center. For returns initiated via Google Shopping, the same eligibility, timelines, and processes apply.
